1)  Effectively orchestrated the consolidation of three data centers spanning North America into a unified environment located in Canada for a prominent Tier 1 Bank. 

2)  Efficiently executed the migration of a Tier 1 Bank's data from legacy technology to state-of-the-art systems, seamlessly transferring 6 trillion data elements without any disruption to uptime. 

1)  Collaborated with a U.S. pharmaceutical company to navigate and fulfill FDA regulatory mandates for monitoring adverse events linked to their groundbreaking drug release—a substantial $1 billion investment by the pharmaceutical firm. 

2) Established or redeveloped PMO's for OPG, Dundee Securities, GE Capital, BMO

3) Refined the Risk Framework within a Tier 1 Bank in Canada

4) Worked with a consulting firm to develop the upgrade strategy for the Qatar Petroleum company in preparation for the World Cup and the advancements needed to accept debit cards successfully.
